D-tect Systems, a division of ATK-Alliant Techsystems, designed, manufactures and sells the RadID, one of the industries highest performing Isotope ID systems. eV Microelectronics is a proud supplier of CZT detectors to D-tect Systems.

Los Alamos National Laboratory designed and developed a room temperature hand-held CZT isotope identification detector. EI Detection & Imaging Systems contract manufactured dozens of these detectors for LANL. LANL is now looking for companies to license this technology for commercial applications.
