Liquid Fill Height Inspection

The eValuator™-X000 product line can accurately detect the liquid fill height level for Beverages, Soups, Pharmaceuticals, regardless of the container material. In this case, a jar of baby food is inspected and glass fragments are found within the container.

Unlike scintillator detector technology, eV-CZT™ counts every photon. Consequently, images produced with eV-CZT™ detectors have no noise component. This drastically reduces the need for very high count rates.

To the right, is an eValuator™-2000 X-ray image of Cheetos® snack food. eV-CZT™ processes a high rate of photons for superior imagery yet it can still sense the attenuation from the thin plastic package.

To the right, is an eValuator™-2000 X-ray image of a Crispix® Breakfast Cereal box. By using a 20kV X-ray source eV-CZT™ can easily image extremely low density objects.
